The GeoPoll Interviewer Application works together with the GeoPoll platform to help enumerators conduct CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and face-to-face/CAPI (Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing) surveys.
With the updated GeoPoll Interviewer app, enumerators and supervisors can • Quickly call respondents with a simple press on the availed number or code, using the default or other dialer function on mobile device as well as using an external dialer• Enjoy a beautiful user interface with the capability to interact with questions easily, record notes, go back to previous questions with detailed on-screen instructions• Automated call recording for quality data• Ability to call back and resume an incomplete interview• Access to the case log to show details and of interviews attempted and completed • Work offline so surveys can be conducted without internet accessPLEASE NOTE: This application is only accessible to registered GeoPoll Interviewers.
